CondominiumPentru ca 2008 bate la usa, am intrebat-o pe Angelica Iva de la ProActive Business Communication despre ce inseamna Condominium, care sunt realizarile pe 2007 si planurile pe 2008.

Aveti mai jos mini-interviul, daca aveti comentarii si intrebari puteti posta comentarii si le voi trimite mai departe catre cei in masura sa raspunda:

  1. Care sunt rezultatele pe 2007 ale Condominium? Care au fost asteptarile si in ce masura au fost ele indeplinite?
    Anul 2007 ne-a adus cele 3 editii ale Targului de Apartamente CONDOMINIUM (primavara si toamna la Bucuresti si editia anuala, regionala de la Cluj Napoca), respectiv debutul, impunerea pe piata si dezvoltarea acestui brand si concept. Evenimentul nostru, a carui pregatire a inceput in martie 2006 si care a fost conceput ca singurul targ din Romania specializat pe apartamente noi, s-a impus, inca de la prima editie ca un pilon de mare succes in domeniul real-estate. Conceptia si strategia noastra de dezvoltare a evenimentului a facut, exact asa cum ne-am propus initial, ca de la a doua editie bucuresteana sa devina international. Din aceasta perspectiva, noi consideram ca intre planuri, pregatiri si rezultate, in anul care s-a incheiat, a existat o concordanta deplina. Mai mult, din toamna 2007 am adaugat un element nou, Salonul de Decoratiuni Interioare CONDOMINIUM-DECO, care sa ofere publicului o completare binevenita la pleiada de noi locuinte pe care le gasesc in targ.
  2. Care a fost numarul de vizitatori al expozitiei in editiile de pana acum?
    Numarul de vizitatori ne-a depasit asteptarile si, de-a lungul intregului an, s-a simtit o maturizare a publicului, o specializare a lui in domeniul real estate si ne bucuram foarte mult ca am contribuit si noi la formarea sa, prin evenimentele noatsre. Inca de la prima editie, CONDOMINIUM a inregistrat un record de vizitatori, 30.000, urmand apoi, deschiderea pietei de targuri in domeniu, in Cluj Napoca, oras cu o populatie de aproximativ 15 %, fata de cea a Capitalei, unde ne-au vizitat 9.000 de oameni interesati de proiectele zonei. Editia de toamna a numarat aproximativ 15.000 de vizitatori, desfasurandu-se intr-o locatie de 3 ori mai mare decat cea de primavara.
  3. Care a fost segmentul de piata cel mai bine reprezentat in cadrul expozitiilor?
    Targul International de Apartamente CONDOMINIUM este singurul targ specializat din sfera real estate, din tara noastra. In targ pot fi gasite apartamente din toate categoriile, pana la penthouse-uri de lux, in complexuri rezidentiale noi, din Bucuresti, marile orase ale tarii, principalele zone turistice din Romania (Valea Prahovei si litoral), dar si din alte tari, cum ar fi Germania, Greacia, Bulgaria
  4. Ce pregateste Condominium pentru 2008? Care sunt evolutiile propuse pentru urmatoarele editii
    Condominium Expo va continua cele doua editii bucurestene, anuale, evident insotite de Salonul CONDOMINIUM-DECO, vom continua organizarea targului pe piata Clujeana, ca o continuitate a evenimentului din 2007 si vom deschide piata targurilor specializate din doemniul real estate la Timisoara, o zona, de asemenea, foarte dezvoltata din punctul de vedere al noilor ansambluri de apartamente. In ceea ce priveste evolutia viitoare a brandului, as vrea sa va mentionez participarea noastra cu stand de promovare la targuri de profil din strainatate, pentru a consolida imaginea internationala de care se bucura CONDOMINIUM EXPO in prezent. Filosofia evenimentului nostru, urmeaza indeaproape tendintele europene in domeniu, motiv pentru care ne aflam in faza de contractare a spatiilor de expunere pentru anul 2009, care, in cel mai scurt timp vor fi date publicitatii, pe site-ul evenimentului nostru www.condominiumexpo.eu.
  5. Care sunt asteptarile si estimarile de participanti si vizitatori pentru 2008?
    Dat fiind ca piata de real estate din Romania este marcata de activitatea unui numar impresionant de jucatori de top din strainatate, ne dorim ca evenimentul nostru sa devina unul din ce in ce mai cunoscut si, in perspectiva, unul de referinta pentru aceasta parte a Europei. Cu atat mai mult cu cat numarul de complexuri rezidentiale noi este in continuare in crestere, oferta de apartamente, incepe sa se diversifice foarte mult ca stil, iar apetenta publicului romanesc pentru achizitionarea de locuinte, de vacanta, pentru rezidenta sau ca investitie este, de asemenea, din ce in ce mai mare, dorim ca evenimentul nostru sa devina unul de mare interes pentru dezvoltatorii din Romania, dar si pentru cei care oferteaza apartamente in strainatate.
